We follow tried and tested industry standard mehodologies throughout our engagement and work with the following points in mind for our larger projects:

• A clear project plan to indicate delivery schedules and stakeholder involvement requirements.
• For applications, a signed off functionality list that forms the basis of application design, coding implementation and platform specification.
• A stakeholder management process which includes scheduled meetings, phone calls and regular updates.
• Use of an online project management tool that allows secure client login, visibility on tasks, milestones and bug-tracking.
